HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE DELIVERY?
After filling out the electronic parcel registration form, you will be able to pay for the shipment by bank card and via Apple Pay through the Blik payment system.
HOW MANY PARCELS CAN I SEND WITH ONE ORDER?
You can register and send only one parcel or envelope per order. If you have multiple parcels to send to the same recipient, register each one separately. For each shipment (i.e., box or envelope) registered in the Meest Shipping Portal, you will receive a unique number to identify and track it.
CAN I DECLARE MULTIPLE PARCELS AT ONCE AND PAY WITH A SINGLE PAYMENT?
No. Each parcel must be declared and sent separately. However, if you have an account, you can register parcels faster using the address book and parcel templates, so you don’t need to re-enter the same data each time.
DO I NEED A MEEST SHIPPING PORTAL ACCOUNT TO SEND A PARCEL?
You don’t need to have an account on our website to send a parcel. You can simply place your order online without registration.
However, creating an account is recommended, as it gives you access to the history of all your orders. It also allows you to send shipments even faster to the same recipients using saved data from your address book or shipment templates. In addition, many promotions are available only to registered users.
CAN I PAY FOR THE PARCEL IN CASH TO THE COURIER AT PICKUP?
No. The courier does not accept payments. The shipping cost must be paid online when registering the parcel on the website.
CAN I CHANGE THE RECIPIENT’S ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Changing the recipient’s address is only possible before the parcel is handed over to the courier. After that, no changes can be made. We recommend contacting Meest customer support as soon as possible to make any changes.
CAN I CANCEL A SHIPMENT AFTER PAYMENT?
You can cancel the order before the parcel is handed over to the courier. In case of cancellation, please contact Meest customer support for further details.
HOW TO PREPARE THE PARCEL FOR SHIPPING?
Pack the items you want to send in a cardboard box and seal it with wide tape, ideally wrapping it tightly several times around the box. The packaging should protect the contents from external factors. To prevent the items from moving inside the box, fill any empty space with crumpled paper, bubble wrap, or other filler material.
HOW TO FILL IN THE PARCEL CONTENT DECLARATION?
If you are sending a parcel outside the European Union, enter the first 3 letters of the product name in the customs declaration and choose the appropriate option from the drop-down list. If your product is not listed, write to us — we will add it to the database of available items.

Shipping of food and medicine is allowed only if the customs regulations of the destination country are followed. It is recommended to check the requirements for such items before shipping.
CAN I USE MY OWN BOX FOR PACKAGING?
Yes, you can use your own box, as long as it is sturdy and meets transportation safety standards. The box must be made of cardboard and adequately protect the contents.
CAN I DELIVER THE PARCEL TO A DROP-OFF POINT MYSELF INSTEAD OF CALLING A COURIER?

IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE FROM ITALY TO THE USA / CANADA / UK, ETC.?
Yes, Meest offers international shipping services from Italy to the listed countries. It is recommended to use the shipping cost calculator on the Meest website for accurate information.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PARCEL IF THE RECIPIENT REFUSES TO ACCEPT IT?
If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, it is returned to the sender at their expense. The return cost is equivalent to the base price of the delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
In such cases, you have the right to file a claim. Please use the claim form available in the Claims section on our website. If the parcel was damaged, it is also necessary to prepare a damage report confirmed by the courier who delivered the parcel or at the pickup point where the parcel was received. If the damage was noticed only after opening the parcel, the claim along with the damage report must be filed no later than 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
HOW CAN I FILE A CLAIM?
A claim can be filed by completing the form available via the Claims link on our website. The form should include the claimant’s details (name, surname, contact information), the parcel number related to the claim, the reason for the claim, and the claimant’s expectations.
According to current postal legislation, the postal operator providing international postal services has 3 months to pay compensation or notify the rejection of the claim. However, the expected claim review period is 30 days.
