HOW TO FILL OUT A PARCEL CONTENT DECLARATION?

Arrow

If you’re sending a parcel within the European Union, you just need to describe the contents of your parcel in general terms.

For parcels leaving the EU customs zone, a more detailed declaration is required — the so-called customs declaration. In this form, enter the first 3 letters of the item name and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

If your item is not listed, please contact us — we’ll update the database with the new item.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FROM THE MOMENT A PARCEL IS SENT?

Arrow

Delivery time depends on the country of origin and the destination country. For deliveries within the EU, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Parcels sent to Ukraine are delivered within 5–14 working days, depending also on customs processing in Ukraine.

WHAT DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE PARCEL?

Arrow

Thanks to the electronic shipping form, both the address label and customs declaration are generated online and attached to the parcel at the Meest Italy warehouse.
